Matter Design worked on the end-to-end design and development of the new and improved Tiger Trays website, implementing a modern, sleek interface and an engaging user experience. Combining the Tiger Trays branding with a smoother user flow that allows users to browse through a range of categorised products, configure products according to their options, and submit an online quote.
Building The Experience
The tradesman market is mainly mobile, with 64% of users accessing the site on a mobile or tablet device, so the site is built with cross-device responsiveness and mobile experience paramount. Users can browse products by category via the mega-menu and configure them according to a range of attributes and variables. Once configured, the user submits an online quote request that will trigger a notification to both Tiger Trays and customer via an integrated CRM.
Matter Design was engaged to provide a complete digital marketing strategy in line with the new Tiger Trays website. The strategy includes a large focus on PPC advertising as well as social media campaigns, lead generation and email marketing. Matter set up conversion tracking, page optimisation and analytics to monitor and optimise campaigns, with an aim to increase brand recognition for Tiger Trays, both online and offline.
