In need of a solution that would redefine the brand-consumer connection, Matter Design created a social hub where people could come to connect with the brand, share content on social media platforms and financially educate themselves in preparation for their best future, the result, BT Insights.
Through a WordPress CMS with responsive views down to tablet and mobile, users are able to navigate on any device through category filtered content, popular tags, trending articles and featured author profiles, keeping up to date with the latest Tweets and subscribing through the newsletter to stay in touch.
With an individualised side bar featuring customised plugins, BT are able to control latest videos from their YouTube Brand Channel and upload adverts, tracking impressions and clicks through the admin area. Podcasts dynamically feed into the website and daily and comments from users are moderated and posted live, making the website a complete solution for BT to maintain and increase consumer interaction.
