Matter Design was engaged to create the brand identity and property marketing for the development. Emphasising the natural surroundings and convenient location close to transport and amenities, the message is conveyed with visuals that suggest a quiet elegance.
The marketing suite consists of an animated HTML website with lead capture database, printed brochure, site signage, press advertisements and direct mail campaign.
