To finish off what we felt had been a very successful year for us having completed some exciting projects that had challenged the teams skills and stamina we thought we should find out if this same feeling was shared by our all important clients. We gathered a list of the number of clients we had worked with over the year asking them seven questions about our service. Of the ninety clients on this list covering all projects large and small, we hoped that some might find the time in the busy last week of the year to give us some honest feedback on how we had performed, and fortunately ten did.

Surveys were intentionally anonymous to encourage open and honest feedback.

7    We recommend matter as you are solutions focused. We ask for a solution and it is provided with a low degree of work and stress to us.
8    Yes. Quality and innovative design ideas.
9    Absolutely would. For a company like ours that has had no marketing in the past it's not easy to find a starting point. So far we've managed to get that started very successfully with Matter.
